Interface Manager (SAUDI Arabia)

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a highly skilled Interface Manager to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the interfaces between various project teams to ensure seamless project progress and exceptional output. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, managing, and resolving interface issues as they arise, promoting effective stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interface management within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and interface management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
