Job Role:
This position requires an Interior Architect / Designer who transcends the visualization function. The successful candidate will leverage strong design acumen and aesthetic judgment to drive interior conceptualization, while simultaneously utilizing exceptional visualization skills to produce high-quality renders and essential technical documentation that directly support project execution.
Job Duties:
- Interior Design & Space Planning: Create functional layout plans, furniture arrangements, and comprehensive design concepts for residential villas and commercial spaces.
- FF&E & Material Selection: Curate material palettes, select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and prepare specification sheets for procurement.
- Technical Documentation: Draft detailed execution drawings, joinery details, and sections to bridge the gap between design and construction using AutoCAD or Revit.
- 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality photorealistic still renders for interiors and exteriors to communicate design intent.
- Technical Visualization: Create detailed renders for specific building systems (e.g., gypsum board details, cladding systems) for client presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 24 years of experience in an interior design or architecture firm.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or architecture.
- Portfolio: Must show a strong balance of design sensibility (layouts, material choices) and rendering quality.
- Software: High proficiency in Revit and 3ds Max.
- Rendering: Experience with V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion for still images.
- Drafting: Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings.
- Design Skills: Ability to work independently on design concepts from a brief.
