A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Interior Design Team Leader
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 510 years of experience in interior design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Review and approve drawings, layouts, and material selections
- Prepare and supervise detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure designs meet client expectations, budget, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation
- Mentor and guide junior designers
