Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Interior Designer to develop functional, attractive, and practical interior spaces for residential, commercial, or other design projects. The role involves transforming client requirements and project objectives into thoughtful design concepts while balancing aesthetics, functionality, budget, materials, and technical considerations.

Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, space plans, mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, color schemes, lighting concepts, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials. You will review project requirements, propose suitable design solutions, and refine concepts based on client feedback and project needs.

The role also involves preparing design documentation, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders, and supporting site-related activities when required. You will review drawings, materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.

You will manage project schedules, maintain design records, organize samples and specifications, and coordinate multiple tasks to ensure projects progress smoothly. The position also requires staying informed about current interior design trends, materials, technologies, sustainability practices, and industry developments.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and color coordination.
• Strong creative, visual, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare professional floor plans, elevations, layouts, 3D visualizations, presentations, and design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics, proportion, balance, and functionality.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, specifications, and project coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to understand feedback and develop practical design solutions that meet project requirements.
