Job Description

Interior Designer

ELE Interior Design is a friendly, boutique Interior Design Studio, we are looking to expand our workplace family.

The ideal candidate will have strong, relevant experience in Luxury Residential Market in the UAE with excellent creative thinking & management skills and be able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from clients. You should be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai, have a strong supplier network and confidence in presenting and managing third parties, contractors and Client expectations. You should be able to manage a team, communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver refined, on-brand interior concepts and layouts across a variety of high-end residential projects
  • Lead client meetings to understand vision, brief, and design objectives
  • Prepare detailed design presentations: mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D drawings, renders, and sample boards
  • Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and specification
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers with confidence
  • Supervise site progress, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery
  • Report project status and solutions to the Head of Design and General Manager
  • Lead and support the internal design team, including 3D visualizers and interns, offering guidance, performance feedback, and mentorship
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and design innovation

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE, with a strong luxury residential portfolio
  • Proven project experience in Dubai and a solid supplier/vendor network
  • Strong design and conceptualisation skills, with the ability to interpret and elevate a client's brief
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
  • Independent and team-oriented, with strong leadership and time-management capabilities
