We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer with strong client-facing capability to join our client's growing team. The company's practice specialises in designing commercial workplace environments, delivering concept-driven, functional, and visually compelling spaces for a diverse corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients, articulating design thinking with clarity and confidence.
- Develop concept designs from initial briefing through to presentation stage.
- Produce and deliver polished client presentations with strong visual and narrative coherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the project lifecycle and ensure design intent is upheld.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to elevating design quality and contributing to studio growth.
Requirements:
- Mid-weight interior designer with experience in commercial workplace design (preferred).
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate briefs into compelling design directions.
- Ambition to progress toward a more senior role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit).
