About the Role:
Our client, a Dubai-based architecture and interior design studio specializing in contemporary, human-centred spaces across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering innovative and functional residential design solutions from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts for residential projects, including villas, apartments, and luxury homes.
- Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and specifications for interiors.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
- Participate in site visits and oversee project implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained.
- Support senior designers in project planning, documentation, and coordination.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to residential interiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial planning.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing residential projects.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
