The Role
We are looking for a full-time Interior Designer to join our team, based across the Dubai KLUDI and Dubai 3 Sheikh Zayed Road showrooms. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end interior design solutions, from concept development through to execution, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and client-focused outcomes.
The Interior Designer will play a key role in representing the brand within the showroom environment, working closely with clients, internal teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality design projects that exceed expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and present creative interior design concepts, space plans, and 3D visualizations to clients
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using standard design software
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Source and specify tiles, sanitaryware, furniture, materials, and finishes appropriate to each project
- Support showroom activities and client engagements as required
- Prepare monthly reports and participate in project reviews
What We Are Looking For
Some of the key competencies required for the role include:
Functional
- Strong skills in space planning, interior design, and construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and/or other relevant design software
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, tiles, and sanitaryware
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Behavioural
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Our Ideal Match
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant experience in interior design, preferably within a showroom, retail, or project-based environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects from concept to completion
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical capabilities
