Interior Designer (Kitchens & Bathrooms) | 2D + 3D + AI Tools
We're hiring an Interior Designer specialized in kitchens and bathrooms who can design fast, think creatively, and deliver complete, buildable packages.
Important:
This role requires real experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow (concept development, mood boards, materials direction, presentations, iterations).
If you haven't used AI in design work before, this won't be the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Create kitchen & bathroom concepts based on client discussions, space planning, and budget
- Produce full deliverables:
- 2D plans, elevations, sections, and details
- 3D modeling + renderings
- Client-ready presentations (materials, options, design direction)
- Communicate confidently with clients and adjust designs quickly based on feedback
- Coordinate with vendors and internal execution team (joinery/MEP/site)
- Support BOQ / quotations and ensure workflow is followed end-to-end
Must-Have Skills
- 23 years experience in interior design (kitchens/bathrooms preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of cabinetry planning, appliances integration, bathroom layouts and finishes
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (must)
- 3Ds Max and/or SketchUp (must)
- Rendering tools (preferred)
- AI Tools Experience (must) examples include:
- Midjourney / DALLE / Stable Diffusion (concept exploration)
- ChatGPT or similar (design briefs, specs, client options, workflow support)
- AI mood board / visualization tools (rapid iterations)
- Strong communication + ability to deliver consistently under deadlines
