Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Riyadh. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, creating construction drawings, and selecting appropriate furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Additional responsibilities include collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role also includes analyzing space usage and providing strategic input for optimization and functionality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and a good understanding of optimizing interior layouts
- Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to collaborate effectively with architectural teams
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Strong understanding of Interior Design principles, including aesthetics, functionality, and ergonomics
- Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E components
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines
