Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE authority submission processes and proven experience managing high-end interior fit-out projects across F&B, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
You will be responsible for managing projects from design coordination through authority approvals, site execution, handover, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover
- Strong knowledge of project execution and authority approval processes, including submission and coordination with the following:
DEWA
Dubai Municipality (DM)
Dubai Development Authority (DDA)
Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors to obtain timely approvals
- Plan project timelines, budgets, manpower, and procurement
- Oversee site execution, quality control, safety, and compliance
- Conduct client meetings, progress reporting, and variation management
- Ensure projects meet authority, client, and contractual requirements
- Manage snag lists, testing, commissioning, and final handover
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management
- Strong working knowledge of UAE authority approval processes (DEWA, DM, DDA, DCD, DHA)
- Experience working on projects for:
- Emaar, Dubai Holding, TECOM, MERAAS, or similar developers
- Excellent understanding of fit-out materials, MEP coordination, and site execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
