Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the execution of fit-out projects, ensuring quality control, coordinating with various teams, managing project schedules, and adhering to timelines. Responsibilities also include site inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in site management, including on-site problem-solving and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical experience in civil engineering.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations is advantageous.
