Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor based in Dubai. The Interior Fit-Out Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior projects, coordinate with clients, contractors, and workers, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, maintaining safety standards, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Additionally, the role involves addressing any on-site issues and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory, team coordination, and project management skills
- Proficiency in interpreting design plans, technical drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Experience in the interior design or fit-out industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple projects simultaneously
