Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Fitout Site Supervisor located in Dubai. The role includes managing and overseeing fitout projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising on-site operations, coordinating with various teams and contractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality standards, and addressing challenges that arise during project execution. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Strong supervision and team coordination skills for managing on-site personnel and contractors
• Knowledge of safety regulations, site operations, and quality control practices
• Proficiency in construction and fitout project processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in interior fitout projects or a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
