Role Description
- Manage interior fit-out and civil construction projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Supervise site activities and construction works to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications before execution.
- Ensure proper site supervision, safety compliance, and quality control during project execution.
- Monitor procurement of materials and equipment required for fit-out works.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical or construction issues during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects meet local regulations, building codes, and HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and clients.
