Role Overview:

We are looking for an Intermediate Project Architect with strong design capability to support architectural project delivery while maintaining a strong design focus.

The role will contribute to concept development, schematic design, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design intent is maintained through the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of architectural concepts and design narratives
• Prepare design presentations, diagrams, and architectural studies
• Develop 3D models and visual outputs to communicate design ideas
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and landscape teams
• Assist in translating design intent into coordinated design packages
• Participate in design workshops and client presentations
• Ensure architectural quality and design integrity throughout project stages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 5-8 years of architectural experience within design consultancy environments
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept and design development work
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools
• Experience with parametric modelling tools such as Grasshopper is beneficial
• Strong design communication and presentation skills
• Experience working on large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or urban developments
