The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented intern to support the Event Operations team with coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks related to stadium branding and venue setup for major football competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Events Team, including document management, presentation preparation, installation reports and maintaining of project data.

Assist in maintaining equipment, stationery, and bibs checklists, ensuring accurate tracking, restocking, and shipment coordination.

Support the sourcing and procurement process of materials and operational equipment.

Contribute to installation and post-event reports, compiling photos, checklists, and notes for internal review.

Assist in preparing basic financial tracking and analysis (e.g., comparing supplier quotes, monitoring simple cost reports).

Help develop and maintain logistics plans for equipment shipments, storage, and competition calendars.

Any other responsibilities as directed by the Employer from time to time.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has strong command of the English language

Is confident using Excel, PowerPoint and Word on a daily basis

Prefers an operational and administrative support role rather than a managerial or creative path

Is reliable, organised and comfortable supporting multiple projects at once

Team-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate well across cultures
