Internship Overview
- Conduct structured research on laws, regulations, regulatory frameworks (e.g. licensing, fees, supervision), and benchmark with international standards.
- Track regulatory developments and assess their implications for institutions, markets, or regulatory authorities.
- Support comparative and benchmarking analysis across jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.
- Contribute to regulatory process reviews, framework assessments, drafting of reports, briefing notes, consultation responses.
- Support development of risk assessments, summary findings, and appropriate recommendations.
- Support analysis of governance, oversight, and compliance arrangements against regulatory expectations.
- Collate, organise, and review documentation and evidence received from clients.
- Assist with analysis of qualitative and quantitative data relevant to regulatory advisory engagements.
- Prepare agendas, summaries, and action trackers.
- Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
