Providence Administration Services is based in Dubai and handles the operations of Providence Life, a fully licensed insurance business, regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (MFSC) in Mauritius, a safe and secure offshore financial centre, where we enjoy the company of many of the world's leading financial institutions.

The Providence Internship programme will give aspiring students with an interest in building their knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry, the opportunity to experience and develop in a professional, values-driven working environment. You will be able to add value to our organisation while obtaining hands on opportunities to develop your skills and explore your career goals. Those that successfully complete the programme would also be considered for a permanent placement at Providence.

The intern will be placed in relevant departments to understand insurance operations and workflow. The intern will be responsible for tasks related to insurance operations and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Proposed Term:

Two years, 4.5 days a week. The intern will be given half day per week for study/development.

Qualifications:

• Recent school leavers from the UAE who are natural English speakers or fresh graduates.
• Strong interest in developing a career in insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A strong desire to learn and contribute to the workplace.
• Holder of a valid UAE visa.
