Regional Sales Manager - Automation
What awaits you:
- You implement the portfolio strategy for the assigned product/portfolio, taking into account the sales strategy as well as the volume ramp-up in market development agreed between sales and the business area (from awareness to repeat) in known markets
- Together with the Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for active market development and local promotion of the product/portfolio to generate market acceptance (sales pitch, local events & lectures, pilot projects)
- You coordinate customer projects, e.g. B. Pilot projects or instructions for agents
- You take the initiative and initiate specification work and work on implementation
- You are responsible for the technical and general commercial support as well as the qualification of sales colleagues for your products and work on marketing material to create locally required documents
- You should reflect market feedback to product management
- You will be involved in negotiating and concluding framework agreements in close coordination with the Area Sales Manager
- If necessary, you will visit customers on your own initiative
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed an engineering degree in electrical engineering.
- You are a technical expert in the assigned product/portfolio
- You are a sales person through and through, are extroverted, have good communication skills, convincing and passionate about your assigned portfolio and products/solutions
- As an all-rounder, you will function from the systematic development of a go-to-market strategy through the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to concrete sales work with customers
- You have a high level of intrinsic motivation and self-management skills
- You see yourself as a networker with good communications internally and externally
- You have business fluent English skills, additional foreign languages are a plus (Arabic)
- MS Office and SAP knowledge round off your profile
