JOB PURPOSE
This role will support the execution of Visual Merchandising strategies across all banners and all regions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives. The role assists in Visual Merchandising planning, annual budgeting, campaign calendar, and regional execution follow-up.
Qualifications and Education:
▪ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Major Marketing is preferred.
▪ Microsoft Office Skills
Experience:
• 0-1 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing
• Experience in channel management, brand positioning, commercial execution and shopper marketing experience is preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Support in the development of overall VM strategies and guidelines across all banners, and aid in
rolling out the training for retail operations.
▪ Follow up on daily operations related to the front door calendar, including campaigns, activations, and brand launches, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
▪ Coordinate and support the team on the budget across all regions and banners.
▪ Oversee end to end campaign planning from concept to execution, ensuring consistency across
regions while allowing market adaptation
▪ Support in consolidating all regional input & tasks to ensure proper implementation of VM
guidelines, in timely execution.
