Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and care instructions to customers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and brand standards
- Handle cash, credit card, and gift voucher transactions accurately (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate sales records and support daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and displays are accurate and aligned with company guidelines
- Support visual merchandising standards, including product placement and store presentation
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards at all times
- Maintain high standards of grooming, housekeeping, and professionalism in store
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when required
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Certificate or Diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Hindi and/or Arabic is an added advantage
