JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, assisting the team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to corporate recruitment, offering hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in HR preferably Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel Functions
- Active participation in student organizations, career fairs, or community projects is highly valued.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use LinkedIn to identify potential candidates for open vacancies.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate applicant's qualifications for open vacancy
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling of HR, technical, and final interviews, and act as the primary point of contact ensuring they receive timely updates and professional experience.
