We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Internal Auditor (Arabic & English) to lead internal and process audits and drive the development of ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with broad business knowledge who brings strong analytical capabilities and can work closely with the CEO and senior management to support decision-making and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and operational processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall control frameworks.
- Support and oversee the design, development, and implementation of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring proper controls and process alignment.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes across departments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for executive and strategic meetings.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen compliance, streamline workflows, and enhance operational performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, policy development, and digital transformation initiatives.
KeyRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in internal auditing, process management, administration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems (implementation or management).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bilingual fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Broad understanding of multiple business areas such as HR, finance, operations, and procurement.
- High professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
