Role Purpose:
To execute and support internal communication activities across Abunayyan Holding and its subsidiaries by delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications that support employee engagement, corporate events, and internal initiatives, while ensuring alignment with approved messaging, branding, and communication governance.
Key Accountability:
1- Internal Communication Execution & Content Delivery
- Execute internal communication activities in line with approved corporate and HR communication plans.
- Draft, edit, and publish internal communications, including announcements, circulars, leadership messages, newsletters, and email communications.
- Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, timely, and aligned with approved tone, branding, and governance standards.
- Prepare professional, audience-appropriate, and bilingual (Arabic & English) content across internal channels.
- Support group-wide communication initiatives by coordinating content rollouts across Abunayyan Holding and its subsidiaries.
2- Internal Channels & Communication Coordination
- Manage day-to-day updates across internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital platforms, internal campaigns).
- Coordinate with HR, Corporate Functions, and Business Units to collect, validate, and publish content.
- Maintain communication schedules and ensure consistency of messaging across channels.
- Act as a coordination point for internal communication requests and follow up on approvals and timelines.
3- Corporate Events & Engagement Communications
- Support the planning, coordination, execution and communication of corporate and group-wide events (e.g., Townhalls, leadership sessions, corporate celebrations, internal campaigns, and recognition events).
- Prepare event-related communication materials such as invitations, announcements, presentations, signage content, and post-event communications.
- Coordinate communication activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events.
- Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and internal initiatives from a communication and coordination perspective.
- Assist with internal recognition platforms and engagement tools by preparing communication updates and promotional content.
4- Reporting & Governance
- Track communication activities and maintain basic performance metrics (delivery, engagement, participation)
- Prepare periodic communication summaries and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal branding guidelines, communication standards, and approval processes.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency level in both English and Arabic languages.
- HR or Communication certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, communication certifications) are advantageous.
