We are looking for a Digital Communications and Internal Communications Specialist, to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group Travel division.

As a a Digital Communications and Internal Communications Specialist you will manage organization's online presence while ensuring clear, consistent messaging across internal teams. You will create and distribute content, support employee engagement, and align communication strategies with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the global external HR branding strategy.
- Create and periodically updating content for Success stories and employee lifecycle.
- To prepare and distribute informational topic (press release) about the company in business, industrial and travel media.
- Prepare content for social media pages and internal communication channels (texts, video, pics).
- Make monthly analytics for social media pages.
- Set promo campaigns with different targets.
- Be responsible for the reputation in social media and jobs boards, including Glassdoor, Google Reviews, and others.
- Work pro-actively with the job reviews site: create the accounts, update the company's info, react to the reviews.
- Arrange extra promotion of the company's accounts on the jobsites (special projects, paid promo, etc).
- Support HR team in talent acquisition using performance marketing tools.
- Coordinate design with the designs team, texts-with the copywriter.
- Prepare and distribute internal news via email sender (Mailjet).
- Work in close cooperation with global and local communication team members.
- Support internal communications with event and management decorations.
- Support internal communication team with branded merch production and distribution.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication (written/speaking).
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn-content creation, reputation, analytics, influencers.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (at least one).
- Advanced knowledge of video editing tools (at least one).
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Creative thinking.
