International Freight Forwarding Sales Executive
We are hiring an International Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team.
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with solid experience in international shipping and freight forwarding only.
This role is focused on developing business with companies involved in import and export activities, understanding their shipping needs, offering suitable logistics solutions, and closing deals professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as factories, exporters, importers, and trading companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients requiring international shipping services.
- Understand client needs related to sea freight, air freight, and logistics solutions.
- Present the company's freight forwarding services in a professional and consultative way.
- Follow up with qualified leads and convert them into active business accounts.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when needed to support negotiations and close deals.
- Coordinate internally with operations and customer service teams to ensure service accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain updated records of leads, client meetings, opportunities, and closures.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in international freight forwarding / international shipping sales is a must.
- Experience in domestic shipping only is not accepted.
- Strong understanding of import, export, and international logistics business.
- Very good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with business owners, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Good command of English.
- Presentable and professional.
- Male and female candidates are welcome.
- Ability to attend client meetings when required.
