Job Title: International Government Financial Consultant (Contract)

Location: 1 Week per Month Onsite UAE

Day Rate: Open / Competitive

Our dynamic client is seeking an experienced International Government Financial Consultant to support a high-profile public sector engagement in the UAE. This is a contract opportunity requiring onsite presence one week per month, with flexibility around day rate.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced, hands-on expert in national accounts and financial services measurement someone who can move beyond theory and deliver practical,

implementable solutions within a government framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose weaknesses in existing GDP and national accounts compilation frameworks
• Propose technically sound, internationally aligned corrections
• Translate recommendations into clear, operational implementation steps
• Support short-term execution where required
• Engage confidently with senior public sector stakeholders

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years experience in national accounts compilation and review
• Deep expertise in financial services measurement (FISIM, insurance, investment funds, fintech, holding companies, etc.)
• Experience working with national statistical offices and/or central banks
• Proven track record correcting or redesigning GDP compilation methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills within government environments
• Prior Gulf region experience is advantageous
