Job Description

Lamar Development and Driven Properties (Spain) are looking for a highly organized and resilient professional based in Dubai to take the lead in coordinating the promotion and sales of European listingswith an initial focus on Spain (Madrid and Marbella). This is a new strategic position, created to ensure strong engagement from the Dubai brokerage team in selling a growing portfolio of Spanish and European residential properties.

ROLE FOCUS:

- 75% of the role is focused on promoting and coordinating the sales of Driven's listings in Europe, especially Spain.

- 25% of the role supports the strategic promotion of Lamar's new development projects, acting as internal liaison with brokers and Lamar teams.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Act as the central point of coordination between the Dubai brokerage team and the European business unit of both Driven and Lamar.
  • Ensure that Driven's listings in Spain and Europe are consistently presented to clients in Dubai.
  • Push and support brokers to actively include these listings in their client proposals, follow-ups, and viewings.
  • Organize and streamline the internal sales processes, creating tools, workflows and follow-up systems to maximize exposure and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in Dubai to ensure proper digital promotion of key properties and projects.
  • Coordinate virtual or in-person viewings in Spain or Dubai with the support of the European sales team.
  • Participate in weekly internal sales meetings to stay informed of new property listings, market opportunities, and strategic updates from the Spanish and broader European teams.
  • Track progress through structured weekly reports.
  • Coordinate and follow up on referral processes between Dubai-based brokers and the European team, ensuring clear communication, follows-up, transparent deal terms, and full alignment on client handling.
  • Act as internal knowledge source and trainer, ensuring all brokers understand how to sell Spanish and European inventory effectively.
  • Assist in organizing events, presentations, or trips related to the European portfolio.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Experience in real estate operations, business development, or team coordination, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai brokerage landscape and how agents operate.
  • Exceptionally organized, structured and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Proactive, assertive and resilient with the confidence to push teams and ensure accountability.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish buying process, including key legal, tax, KYC, etc.
  • High attention to detail, clear communicator, and comfortable producing structured reports and tracking tools.
  • Able to work autonomously and drive cross-regional collaboration with consistency and clarity.
  • Affinity with luxury real estate and the lifestyle expectations of international clients.
