Job Description

International Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving sales for Nationwide Middle East Properties. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance sales performance, ensuring that all sales activities align with company objectives. The role includes accurately recording, analysing, and processing sales transactions. International Sales Advisor will play a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders with their financial and sales-related needs, fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

International Sales Management:

  • Drive and manage sales activities for property management and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence internationally.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Financial Transactions:

  • Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and processed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor sales performance and financial health.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize data to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

Reporting:

  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights on sales performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, property management, and maintenance teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
