Job Description

Job Title: Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Interpreter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and real-time interpretation (Arabic ↔ English) during meetings, discussions, and official communications
  • Prepare and draft professional meeting minutes with high attention to detail
  • Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
  • Develop and maintain structured reports, documents, and tracking tables
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in simultaneous or consecutive interpretation
  • Strong ability to write clear and professional meeting minutes and reports
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • 10 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in governmental or corporate environments
  • Certification in translation or interpretation is a plus
