Key Responsibilities

• Oversee standard costing, cost allocations, and variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, and material usage.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate valuation.
• Prepare cost reports for management decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Support Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP for cost and inventory reporting.
• Assist in year-end audits and provide supporting cost documentation.
• Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain teams to control and optimize costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in cost control processes.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP cost and inventory modules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
