Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory
records across all operational channels using the ERP system (Odoo). This role ensures stock
accuracy, proper tracking of product movements, and alignment between physical inventory and
system data to support efficient operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inventory-related transactions on Odoo, including stock entries, transfers, and
adjustments.
Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records through regular reconciliations and
cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, shortages, or overstock situations.
Track product movements between warehouse, showrooms, and other channels.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and operations
teams.
Maintain updated and organized product data on the system (SKUs, categories, quantities, etc.).
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support operational and business decisions.
Support stock planning and replenishment processes based on data insights.
Ensure all inventory processes are aligned with company policies and standards.
