Investment Advisor

We are seeking an Investment Advisor with experience to be based out of our Dubai office, in managing cross assets portfolios and has understanding of Private Equity & Alternative Investments.

The role focuses on advising HNW and UHNW clients, structuring bespoke portfolios, executing investment strategies, and placing trades and orders.Plays a crucial role in executing trades, managing client portfolios, and supporting the firm's investment strategies. To work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and clients to optimize investment performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities

Execute trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, forex, derivatives, and alternative investments, in accordance with client mandates and market conditions.

Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and news events to identify trading opportunities.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades while minimizing transaction costs and maximizing returns.

Collaborate with portfolio managers to implement investment strategies tailored to clients goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory constraints.

Rebalance portfolios as needed to maintain alignment with asset allocation strategies.

Provide input on portfolio construction, risk management, and performance optimization.

Respond to client inquiries regarding trade-related matters and provide market insights.

Support relationship managers in explaining portfolio performance and investment decisions to clients.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely service.

Monitor trading activities to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies (ensure full compliance with DFSA / FINMA / MiFID-equivalent regulatory standards)

Identify and mitigate potential risks in trading operations, including liquidity, credit, and market risks.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of trades and other related activities.

Conduct research on markets, securities, and trading strategies to support investment decisions.

Evaluate the impact of macroeconomic events and policy changes on client portfolios and trading strategies.

Develop and maintain models for pricing, risk analysis, and trade evaluation.

Utilize trading platforms and financial software to execute and monitor trades.

Generate regular reports on trading activities, portfolio performance, and market insights.

Assist in the development and improvement of trading systems and processes.

Facilitate due-diligence for Private Equity & Alternative Investments (commercial, financial, compliance, legal)and prepare report investment memorandum, and recommendation packfor review and approval.

Liaise with GPs, placement agents, legal counsel, custodians, administrators, and service providers

Skills:

-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
