Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector
- Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and investment performance metrics
- Perform due diligence on potential investments, including evaluating property conditions, market trends, and financial performance
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors
- Monitor existing investments, providing regular performance updates and identifying any operational or financial issues

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- 1 year of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
