We are seeking a high-calibre Investment Associate / Senior Associate to join our real estate investment platform and support the execution of strategic, high-value transactions across the GCC. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of investment activities, including sourcing opportunities, financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, capital raising support, and portfolio management. This role offers significant exposure to institutional-grade investments and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across investment, finance, and development functions.

Responsibilities
Investment Origination & Evaluation
- Source, screen, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess investment viability.
Financial Modelling & Valuation
- Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.
- Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and return optimisation across potential investment structures.
- Undertake valuation exercises such as DCF analysis, comparable transactions, and capitalisation approaches.
Transaction Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of investments, including acquisitions, developments, JVs, and structured finance transactions.
- Work closely with senior leadership on deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Support the preparation of fundraising materials, pitchbooks, and investment documentation.
- Present investment opportunities and financial insights to investors alongside senior management.
- Assist the finance team in capital raising, structuring, and investor due diligence processes.
Cross-functional Contributions
- Collaborate with finance, legal, development, and operations teams to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis, corporate initiatives, and organisational growth projects as needed.
Qualification
- 37 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, investment banking, or
corporate development, preferably within the GCC
- Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Strong background in financial modelling, valuations, and investment analysis (required)
- Demonstrated track record in executing real estate transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
- Experience in real estate fund investing or real estatefocused investment banking is highly preferred
- Familiarity with capital markets, financing structures, and joint venture partnerships is advantageous
