Hays are partnered with a prominent investment firm in Riyadh looking to hire an Investment Associate - Real Estate to join their impressive team.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investments, with strong knowledge of development and income generating funds as well as well versed in CMA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of assigned real estate funds and ensure strategic alignment with the Head of Real Estate Investments
- Oversee development and income generating funds. This includes cash flow oversight, project progression and resolving legal/construction obstacles
- Conduct financial modelling, exit calculations and sensitivity analysis
- Generate reports on financial performance of real estate investments
- Provide compliance with CMA regulations
- Collaborate with senior team members and the legal team on leasing, property management, and development-oriented documentation
Key Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate investments/asset management, including development experience
- Bachelor's Degree is a mandatory
- CME -1/CME -4 certifications are mandatory. RICS, CAIA or CFA is preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate asset management, finance principles, deal structures, leasing and property operations
- Fluent in English and Arabic
