Due to rapid growth and the launch of new projects, we are looking for an Investment Banker to join our Dubai team.
Responsibilities
- Structuring and executing investment and financing strategies for real estate development projects
- Leading capital raising initiatives through institutional investors and financial partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional and international financial institutions and investment stakeholders
- Preparing investment memorandums, financial models, and valuation analyses
- Supporting negotiations of financing structures and investment terms
- Identifying strategic funding opportunities aligned with company expansion plans
- Structuring joint ventures, partnerships, and investment vehicles
- Conducting financial due diligence for acquisitions and development opportunities
- Advising senior management on investment strategy, liquidity planning, and capital optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Banking, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or real estate investment
- Demonstrated experience working closely with financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners
- Strong exposure to deal sourcing, capital structuring, and transaction execution
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Language Requirement
- Fluent Hindi OR Arabic is mandatory
- English professional working proficiency required
Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
