Saltan Sp. z o.o. is a Polish real estate development and construction company delivering premium residential projects in Warsaw and the surrounding region. We work with private investors and institutional partners, offering well-structured investment opportunities with transparent financial models and stable returns.

We are expanding our investor network in the UAE and the wider GCC region and are looking for an experienced Investment Broker to represent our projects to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment groups.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Investment Broker with strong relationships within the GCC investment community. Your main task will be to introduce our Polish real estate development projects to potential investors and guide them through the investment process.

This role is commission-based with an attractive percentage on every successfully raised investment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with investors, family offices, and private clients in the UAE/GCC

Present and promote Polish real estate development projects

Organize online meetings and prepare investment summaries

Advise investors and support them through the decision-making process

Represent the company professionally within your network

Provide regular updates on investor interest and progress

Requirements

Proven experience in investment brokerage, financial consulting, or wealth management

Strong network of investors in the UAE (Dubai preferred) or across the GCC

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to present high-value investment opportunities

English required; Arabic is an advantage

Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly responsible

Based in the UAE or with active connections in the region
