We are working with a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by significant capital to invest across strategic private equity and real assets. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join a growing, high-calibre investment team. The firm invests in control stakes and also alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers offering strong exposure to global transactions.
What the job involves
- Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
- Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision-making
- Leading specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
- Working alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities
Who we are looking for
- Experience on the buyside in private equity or real assets for a tier 1 firm is essential. Prior investment banking or consulting exposure welcomed.
- Strong academic background from a top-tier university
- Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis
