Investment & Strategic Projects Analyst

Department: Investment Planning & Growth

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Investment & Strategic Projects Analyst to support the CEO in capital planning, investor readiness, and strategic growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial, strategic, and coordination skills who want exposure to executive-level decision-making and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Documentation & Capital Readiness

  • Maintain and update investor pipeline tracking tools.
  • Prepare and update pitch decks, executive summaries, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Finance on financial model inputs.
  • Organize and maintain structured investment data rooms.
  • Ensure documentation consistency and version control.
  • Prepare CEO briefing notes for investor meetings.

External Advisor Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings with legal, tax, valuation, and advisory partners.
  • Prepare agendas and briefing materials.
  • Record minutes and track action items.
  • Follow up on advisor deliverables.
  • Maintain stakeholder and advisor databases.

Strategic Growth Project Tracking

  • Translate CEO directives into structured action plans.
  • Track milestones across departments.
  • Prepare dashboards and progress reports.
  • Identify risks and escalate delays.
  • Support feasibility studies and market research.

Executive & Investor Logistics

  • Organize investor meetings and executive engagements.
  • Ensure readiness of presentation materials.
  • Coordinate travel related to investment activities.
  • Maintain follow-up and engagement logs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or CEO office roles.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Structured analytical thinking.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
