Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Investor cum Co-founder role based in Dubai. The individual will be responsible for driving investment strategies, securing B2B agreements for demands of skill workers, and contributing to the overall strategic vision of the company. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, managing and expanding investor relations. The individual will work collaboratively with the leadership team to scale the business, grow revenue streams, and ensure alignment with WAGE's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen, investment evaluation, and fundraising expertise
• Business development, strategic planning, and partnership-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling startups or technology-driven ventures
• Expertise in compliance and governance within the global labor or recruitment industries
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of global labor markets and recruitment trends, especially in blue-collar workforce domains
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and rapidly evolving environment
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred
