Description

Madak is a Saudi-based real estate investment platform that enables individuals to invest in income-generating properties through fractional ownership.

Based in Riyadh, Madak is redefining access to real estate by combining technology with regulated investment models, allowing investors to own shares in real assets with full transparency and ease.

We are looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to be the voice of Madak to our investors. This role is key in building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering a seamless investor experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

35 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Communications, or a similar role

Strong understanding of financial statements and investment concepts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in both Arabic and English

Background in sales or customer-facing roles is a strong plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors

Handle incoming investor inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, ensuring timely and professional responses

Prepare and present investor updates, reports, and key performance insights

Coordinate investor communications, meetings, and events

Gather investor feedback and market insights to support internal decision-making

Ensure clear, accurate, and compliant communication aligned with regulatory requirements
