With our footprint continuing to expand we are looking for a dedicated and professional Corporate Development and Investor Relations Associate.

Corporate Development and Investor Relations Associate

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Corporate Development and Investor Relations Associate support the Company's growth strategy, capital markets, investor relations and financial planning activities. The role provides direct exposure to senior management, lenders, advisors and investors across investor relations, M&A and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A execution, financial analysis and transaction documentation
• Assist with debt and equity financing processes
• Contribute to subsidiary corporate development initiatives and internal reporting
• Deliver ad hoc strategic and financial analysis for management
• Draft regulatory announcements and investor presentations
• Maintain IR data workbooks, market guidance models and peer analysis
• Monitor analyst coverage and consensus, providing clear updates to management
• Support results processes, Board reporting and investor engagement initiatives
• Maintain Group and subsidiary financial models
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with audit-related queries and financial information requests

Requirements

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• High accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or investor relations preferred
• Chartered accountancy qualification would be a plus
• Strong command of English language
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Flexible approach, with the willingness to work outside normal hours if required
