Our client, a global leader in Private Assets, is looking for an Associate to join their Sales team with a focus on Private Credit across the UAE region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, well-established franchise and contribute to the growth of relationships with leading institutional investors.
In this role, you will support senior sales professionals in managing key accounts and driving business development initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across client service and investment teams, developing strong product knowledge and helping to deliver a first-class client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the management and expansion of relationships with institutional investors across the UAE, including sovereign wealth funds, pension schemes, endowments, and consultants
Assist in originating and developing new business opportunities within private credit strategies
Contribute to the execution of tailored sales and marketing initiatives for the region
Conduct market mapping and segmentation analysis to help identify and prioritise high-value prospects
Collaborate with client service and investment teams to support onboarding and ongoing client engagement
Develop and maintain strong technical understanding of private credit products
Prepare presentations, reports, and market intelligence to support senior sales colleagues
Build strong internal relationships across the organisation to help drive business development efforts
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:
Approximately 36 years experience in asset management or private markets, ideally with client-facing exposure
Strong interest in private credit and a desire to build deep expertise in the asset class
Existing relationships within the UAE institutional market are beneficial but not essential
CFA or CAIA qualification (or progress towards one) is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism
