PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Investor Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Arada and the investment community, playing a critical role in articulating the Groups strategic vision, financial performance, and growth narrative to current and prospective investors, analysts, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership role that will work closely with executive management, finance, communications, and compliance teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with Aradas funding and capital market objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, rating agencies, analysts, and financial stakeholders, including ESG and Shariah-compliant investors where relevant.
- Organize and lead investor engagements, including non-deal roadshows, investor days, site visits, earnings calls, and investor conferences.
- Manage the preparation of investor materials such as investor presentations, quarterly reporting packs, factsheets, FAQs, talking points, and management scripts.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial disclosures, working closely with finance and legal to support timely, compliant, and investor-friendly reporting.
- Develop internal dashboards to track shareholding composition, investor feedback, market movements, analyst forecasts, and peer performance.
- Monitor and analyze capital markets, macroeconomic trends, real estate sector activity, and competitor developments to advise senior management and shape investor messaging.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite on market sentiment, valuation drivers, and investor expectations.
- Lead the design and maintenance of investor relations content on the corporate website and other digital platforms.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- MBA is a must; CFA Charter holder or CIRP certification is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Capital Markets, preferably in a real estate or listed corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing investor-facing activities and building strong relationships with institutional investors and research analysts.
- Experience in navigating private and public capital markets, including bond/Sukuk issuance and IPO readiness.
- Real Estate experience is a must.
SKILLS
- Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital market expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling investor narratives.
- High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Comfortable engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, regulators, and advisors.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
