Investor Relations Manager (IRM) Global Markets

Saudi Arabia, Europe, GCC, Asia & International Investors

Part-time, unpaid during the early phase

  • Hybrid work model (remote and/or on-site in Milan, Doha Qatar, Riyadh, or Boston)
  • Travel and meeting expenses will be reimbursed upon approval
  • An NDA must be signed

This position may evolve into Director of Investor Relations or Chief Investment Officer (CIO), depending on performance, capital raised, and strategic contribution.

Institute Itech operates in the United States, Italy, and Qatar, and is progressively expanding into the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE), Europe, and Asia through high-level research, partnerships, and innovation ecosystems.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager (IRM) responsible for expanding, managing, and cultivating relationships with investors, family offices, venture funds, sovereign wealth entities, and strategic partners across:

  • Saudi Arabia (primary market)
  • Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland)
  • Middle East / GCC (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)
  • Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong)
  • United States (secondary focus)

The IRM will act as the main bridge between Institute Itech and the investment community, helping to attract capital, communicate strategy, and build a stable foundation of institutional and private investors.

This figure must be charismatic, proactive, highly connected, and able to build a network from scratch, maintaining long-lasting, high-trust relationships.

Responsibilities:

Investor Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify and contact potential investors, including family offices, private investors, sovereign funds, and VC firms
  • Build and manage an international investment network, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Europe
  • Foster long-term relationships through meetings, presentations, and continuous engagement

Investment Strategy & Communication

  • Prepare investment documents, pitch decks, and financial briefs (in collaboration with Finance Manager / Future CFO)
  • Communicate Institute Itech's vision, strategy, project pipeline, and milestones
  • Organize investor calls, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions

Capital Raising & Negotiation

  • Support fundraising rounds (seed, pre-seed, Series A and later stages)
  • Coordinate introductions with high-profile institutional and private investors
  • Support negotiation processes with investors in line with corporate governance

International Representation

  • Represent Institute Itech at events, conferences, investment summits, and strategic meetings
  • Act as a cultural and diplomatic liaison, especially for Saudi Arabia and GCC markets

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO/Future CFO, Program Leads, and strategic teams
  • Maintain updated investor databases, CRM systems, and communication logs
  • Contribute to long-term corporate development and partnership structuring

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in investor relations, business development, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-level networks in one or more of the target regions (Saudi Arabia, GCC, Europe)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of investment frameworks, fundraising strategies, and capital markets
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex projects to non-technical investors
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Arabic or Italian is a significant plus
  • Experience working in multicultural, international environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in innovation, sustainability, MedTech, AI, or scientific/technological projects
  • Existing relationships with:
  • Saudi PIF, MISA, KAUST, Neom, QIA, Mubadala, ADQ, Family Offices GCC
  • Venture funds and institutional investors in Europe and Asia
  • Experience organizing investor roadshows and coordinating multi-country fundraising
  • Knowledge of global economic dynamics and sovereign investment strategies
