About the Role:
We are seeking a senior Investor Relations Manager based in Riyadh capable of securing and structuring large-scale investments exceeding 100 million.
The selected candidate must already possess a strong network of investors, family offices, sovereign-affiliated entities, and private investment groups in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
This role is highly strategic and requires a professional capable of opening doors, building trust with major investors, and supporting the international expansion of Institute Itech.
The candidate will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to structure investment opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Investment Development
- Identify and engage investors capable of participating in funding rounds of 100M+
- Maintain and expand relationships with family offices, sovereign-linked investors, venture funds, and private capital groups
- Present Institute Itech projects and investment opportunities
Strategic Capital Partnerships
- Structure long-term investment partnerships and funding agreements
- Collaborate with leadership on capital strategy and project financing
- Facilitate investment negotiations and investor onboarding
International Development
- Support the expansion of Institute Itech between Saudi Arabia and Europe
- Coordinate meetings with investors in Riyadh and European financial centers
- Assist in establishing international partnerships and institutional collaborations
Investor Pipeline
- Develop a clear list of potential investors and capital partners
- Prepare investor introductions and high-level meetings
- Ensure that a qualified pipeline of interested investors is ready by April
Requirements
- Senior professional profile with extensive investment network
- Proven ability to connect with investors capable of committing 100M or more
- Strong presence within Saudi Arabia's financial and investment ecosystem
- Native or locally established professional network in the region
- Fluent English (Arabic strongly preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently between Riyadh and Europe
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with family offices, sovereign funds, or large venture funds
- Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic investment advisory
- Experience structuring high-value investment partnerships
- Understanding of international investment environments

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary: 85,000 115,000
Additional compensation includes:
- Equity participation in future Institute Itech spin-off companies ranging from 15% to 40%
- Personal investment participation opportunity up to 1.5 million
