Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Invoicing Coordinator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Invoicing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing invoices, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining records of transactions, and supporting financial reporting processes. Additional tasks will include reconciling accounts, assisting with journal entries, and verifying compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies
  • Experience in Finance and general accounting practices
  • Knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) processes
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Previous experience in invoicing or accounting roles is a plus
