Job Description

  • Prepares next job according to Factory job ticket and MPCC
  • Troubleshoot any problem, and report to the team leader major ones
  • Provide quality control with samples
  • Sets his machine parameter according to MPCC
  • Operate properly his machine
  • Fill production reports
  • Follow up lamination process around the clock, and check for glue grammage, bonding, and structure performance.
  • Troubleshoot any problem, and report to the team leader major ones

  • Makes sure that his machine and the premises are clean at all time
  • Tries to propose methods to improve his machine, to the team leader.
  • Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
  • Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation.
  • Contribute in the different OH&S activities, and attend safety meetings as required.
  • Attend all training offered by the company.
  • Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case they are related to the accommodation.
  • Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and where possible.
  • Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before starting any work.
  • Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
  • Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor
  • Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles before use.
  • Be familiar with the emergency response plan and location of first aid, fire fighting equipment.

  • Identify film or laminated structures and their properties.

  • See details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
  • Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.

Working Conditions, Physical Efforts, Etc

Ability to lift up to 15 Kgs required.

Ability to withstand alternating shifts.
